AFM Warranty Statement

LIFETIME WARRANTY 

American Firearms Manufacturing Company, LLC (“AFM”) warrants that all AFM products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for life. This warranty is fully transferable. AFM’s obligation under this warranty shall extend to the full extent permitted by law, any warranty or other condition implied by law. AFM’s warranty encompasses the repair or replacement of parts, without charge, which are defective in material or workmanship and which have not been misused, carelessly handled, or mis-repaired.  AFM shall not be responsible for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damages. A complete replacement rifle will be issued to the customer if the product is still defective if, in AFM’s sole opinion, further attempts to repair or replace will be unsuccessful or unwarranted. In order to obtain service under this warranty, please call 435-843-0878 and obtain a return authorization number (RAN), complete and return the product registration card delivered to the initial purchaser of the rifle in question and proof of purchase. The electronic product registration form www.afmco.com may be completed and deemed valid as if the original card. This product registration should be completed as soon as possible after original purchase.

AFM FREE GUN SMITH SERVICE POLICY 

To ensure 100% confidence in its product quality and services, AFM provides a “no questions asked, forever” policy. For repairs not covered under the lifetime warranty in which an AFM product needs repair, reconditioning or customizing, AFM will provide the labor at no extra cost. The end user need only cover the cost of parts (replacement parts are offered to the owner at a reduced cost), plus applicable shipping. AFM’s goal is for each customer to never have to put a tool to an AFM product. 

AFM EXTENDED WARRANTY 

In addition to the lifetime defect warranty and gun smith service policy AFM offers a complete “muzzle-to-butt stock” extended warranty to ensure full protection and peace of mind. For a nominal extra cost, AFM offers an extended warranty that covers the firearm from muzzle to butt stock. During the term of the extended warranty, AFM will repair, rebuild or replace, at its discretion, without charge, parts that affect the firearm’s function or reliability. This includes normal wear and tear, and damage incurred within the scope of an operator’s regular duties. Also included in the extended warranty is an annual inspection and reconditioning process where the entire weapon system is disassembled, inspected, reconditioned and cleaned. Any deficiencies will be noted and corrected, and each weapon system receives a certification of functionality prior to being returned to the user. Damage caused by extreme abuse, gross negligence or misuse of the product is excluded from this extended product warranty. AFM shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damages of any kind. THIS EXTENDED WARRANTY IS FREE FOR THE FIRST YEAR OF FIREARM OWNERSHIP.
